Edward Earl Munsterman

Edward Earl Munsterman, 83, of Seward, NE, formerly of Exeter and Beaver Crossing, NE, passed away in Seward, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

He was born on October 3rd, 1940, in Watseka, IL, to Wilbert and Marie (Steiner) Munsterman. Edward was united in marriage to Patricia Hensen on September 18, 1964. To this union four children were born, Cindy, Angela, Mary, and Doug. Edward worked as a skilled Heavy Equipment operator and he and his wife traveled all over the United States building golf courses. Edward enjoyed gardening and growing tomatoes which he gave to all of his friends.

Survivors include his daughters; Cindy (Randy) Markowski, Exeter, NE; Angela (Mike) Lorden, Marshalltown, IA; Mary Munsterman, Tampa, FL; Son Doug (Lisa) Munsterman, Unadilla, NE; four grandchildren; Melissa Stender, Amanda Wince, Cody Munsterman, and Justine Wounded Arrow. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren. One sister; Rosemary Bruens, Rankin, IL. Also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Patricia.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials are to be designated to the Exeter Public Library or Send a Kid to Camp. 

Celebration of Life Services will be held Saturday, April 20th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Christian Assembly Church in Friend, NE.

There is no Visitation.

A private family burial will be held at a later date.
